We loved the T- shirt but needed the print for a cover for my husbands prosthetic leg. He was in an awful accident a year and lost a leg as a result. He is a Beatle Fanatic and we had to put them on his new leg. Thanks for the awesome art and it was the perfect size.

This particular caliper uses the tried and true method of the Vernier scale, which is a system of aligning line segments to determine precise measurement on a mechanical scale. That's probably a lot more information than most would want to know, but it could come in handy at dinner parties.
The history of this particular caliper is what makes it special. It belongs to a good friend of mine who has kept it on his workbench for many decades. It belonged to his father, and will probably be passed down through his family. Most people have heirloom items in their lives, and can appreciate the sentimentality that goes along with such "things". As silly as it may seem to some, the importance of history to families and friends can be reflected in the most mundane objects. -YoPedro
